A researcher of our team, Tobias Brudermüller, was invited to present our work on stage in a series of „Science Slam“ events. In his 10-minute talk, he explains to a non-scientific audience how heat pumps function and why they are a way of heating with renewable energy. Further, Tobias Brudermüller shows how we use smart meter data to reveal individual energetic optimization potential of heat pumps in a residential setting.
